Ola Rzepka and Łukasz Marciniak form a composer and string duo for guitar and piano. They are non-string artists in search of new sounds, consonances and means of expression. They prepare their instruments with wood, metal and paper. In their improvisations and experiments, they explore the physical characteristics of sound, such as pitch, timbre, intensity and its succession in time, searching for sonoristic sensitivity in the chaotic dimension of the environment. They do so intensely, subtly and radically. The duo's debut album 'Uragano' will be released in March 2023.
